GFI D-10 Keyless owned by Charles Tilley

East Texas Steel Guitar Association is a gathering of people who love the steel guitar and the players.

I have developed a web site at www.etsga.org/steelguitarplayers.htm that features steel guitar players from around the world.  It is a showcase of some mighty fine steel guitar players as well as some who are in the earlier stages of development. I invite you to visit often and hear songs from the past and present. A variety you are sure to enjoy.

Provision have been made for dial-up users where possible to expedite downloading. Directions are on the site.

Your comments are appreciated and should be sent to ttexastilley@sbcglobal.net

We welcome Henry Matthews back to Tyler to bring his style of Steel Guitar to our monthly show.
 Henry Matthews
comes to us from Texarkana, AR. where he operates his own Saturday night Opry. He has been an ETSGA member since April 2004. He plays an Emmons Push-Pull and a Rains guitar and does a mighty fine job with either one. We welcome him as he returns to play for us again. He is normally coupled with Jack Matthews (no relation) but Jack passed away a few months back. This time he is coupled with a newcomer to ETSGA.

Mickey Adams will be the other player on the May program.
     Mickey Adams
lives in Grand Prairie, TX. , an endorsee / distributor for Mullen Steel Guitars and a member of the Texas Steel Guitar Association.  He spends numerous hours recording basic instruction videos for the Steel Guitar community, and distribute them through You Tube. What he is attempting to accomplish is very simple, to give something back to the steel guitar community that he received while learning. His email inbox is fully loaded each morning from those who have questions and need help. One of his beliefs is “Those things most often repeated, are easiest to recall”. This is how you learn to play steel guitar.
